Any orders with unnoticed physical defects should be returned to us as soon as possible, for a full refund. Any wrong sizes should be returned to us as soon as possible and NOT WASHED. If you order the wrong size, or we ship you the wrong size, you just send it back. We'll cover the shipping both ways.
